Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Swiss Galoppers GmbH, Tel. +41 (0)52 763 43 43, info@swiss-galoppers.ch, www.swiss-galoppers.com) by means of a clear declaration via email regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. Y

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us). The refund will only be issued after we have received the returned goods.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

The return shipment must only be made using the return document sent by SG via email. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
