Scope of Application:
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

Contracting Parties, Customer Service:
The purchase contract is concluded with:

Conclusion of Contract:
The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order and its acceptance takes place immediately after sending via an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.

A valid contract is only formed if the order process is completed by submitting the order.

Prices:
All prices listed in the shop are final prices in CHF, EUR, or USD, including the applicable VAT.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find more details on shipping costs in the offers or in the shipping cost overview in the online shop.

Payment:
Payment is made in advance or via one of the other offered payment methods.

Prepayment:
If you choose prepayment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation, and the goods will be shipped after payment is received.

Self-Collection:
We only ship orders; self-collection is not possible.

Parcel Stations:
We do not deliver to parcel stations.

Retention of Title:
The goods remain the property of SG until full payment has been received.

Transport Damage:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the carrier and contact us without delay. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

Right of Withdrawal:
All important information regarding the conditions and consequences of the statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling can be found on the "Right of Withdrawal" page. SG also provides a withdrawal form for this purpose.

We exercise the option of having you bear the regular return shipping costs when the delivered goods match those ordered.

Contract Text Storage:
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC via email. You can view the GTC at any time on this page.

Returns and Exchanges:
There is no automatic right to return or exchange hoof boots. Therefore, exchanges are not possible.

However, a return is possible in case of incorrect orders (e.g., measurement errors by the customer) if previously discussed with SG customer service. A new order can then be placed.

Returns are only accepted for unused hoof boots including accessories in their original packaging. Shipping and packaging costs are at the customer’s expense. Returns must be made using the return form provided by SG.

Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, any liability for damage caused by improper use or assembly of the product is excluded. This also applies to damage caused to third parties and horses. The rider is responsible for liability toward third parties. Liability for normal wear and tear and wear parts is excluded.

For damages occurring within the first 3 months (from delivery date), the liability is limited to the purchase price specified in the order confirmation.

Privacy Policy:
SG complies with the new EU GDPR. All details can be found in our privacy policy.

We use the data you provide to process and fulfill your order. Your data is passed on to the shipping company only as necessary for delivery (name, address, phone number if needed for delivery scheduling). For payment processing, your payment data may be forwarded to our bank. Your data will not be shared with other third parties or used for advertising purposes. Once the order is completed, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the statutory retention periods expire.

When subscribing to the newsletter, your email address will be used with your consent for this purpose only until you unsubscribe.

Your personal data is encrypted via SSL, RSA 1024 bits during the ordering process and transmitted over the internet. We secure our website and systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification, or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular checks, complete protection against all risks is not possible.

You have the right to free information about your stored data and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of such data. For questions about data collection, processing, or use of personal data, or for access, correction, blocking, or deletion requests, please contact SG customer service.

SG reserves the right to change any information provided on or via this website, including these GTC, at any time without notice. It is recommended to check regularly whether any changes have been made.

Contract Language:
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction:
Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, as well as with orders placed through our online shop, shall be, to the extent permitted by law, Lupfig, Switzerland.
