The SG-X Winter Boot is pre-assembled with six spikes.
The SG-X Boot with its Spikes made of galvanized steel, which are especially developed for our boots, offers optimal grip on ice, snow or even on muddy and deep ground conditions.
- The shock-absorbing and joint-friendly insole remains completely intact, the spikes do not cause any pressure points.
- The SG-X covers almost all hoof shapes.
- For horses with slightly narrow, longer hooves, pronounced balls and high heels, we recommend the SG-LX Winter Boot Kit including spikes.

- For horses with particularly sensitive pasterns, we recommend the Swiss Galoppers Fetlock Protector/ Gaiter, which is not included in the SG-X Winter Boot Kit).
Swiss Galoppers are made in Lupfig, Switzerland from 100% recyclable plastic. The sole profile is extremely abrasion-resistant and has a lifespan of up to 2,000 riding kilometers.
The flexible, shock-absorbing insole is gentle on the joints and prevents the hoof boot from turning on the hoof. The fastening strap made of particularly durable velcro makes it easy and quick to put on and take off.
